In the rare event of transit stress, follow these three steps within 24 hours of arrival to initiate your claim.

Please examine your specimens immediately upon arrival. Do not discard any packaging, water, or the specimen itself before contacting us.

Capture clear, high-resolution photographs of the coral inside the sealed bag, and then again in your acclimation container.

Submit your photos and order details through our contact form. Our team will resolve your claim within one business day.

The Live Arrival Guarantee

To remain eligible, delivery must be accepted on the first attempt, and clear photos must be submitted within 24 hours of the carrier's timestamp.

We stand behind the health of our meadow-grown corals. If your specimen does not survive the journey, we will issue a full store credit or replacement.
