FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES WYSIWYG MEAN?

“What You See Is What You Get” means the listing represents the individual coral shown. Once it is purchased, that exact specimen is no longer available.

ARE YOUR CORALS AQUACULTURED?

The Coral Meadow is built around thoughtfully grown coral. Each listing should clearly identify the coral, its size, care level, and whether the photo is of the exact specimen.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT CORAL?

Start with your tank’s age, stability, lighting, flow, available space, and your experience level. Use the care level and light/flow notes on each listing, and contact us if you are unsure.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY CORAL ARRIVES?

Inspect the shipment immediately and follow our Acclimation Guide. Begin with conservative light and flow unless the individual listing says otherwise.

HOW SHOULD I REPORT A PROBLEM?

Email sales@thecoralmeadow.com as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos under white light. Keep the coral, packaging, and shipping label while we review the concern.

HOW ARE SHIPPING DATES AND RATES SET?

Available delivery dates and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Livestock shipping depends on weather, carrier service, and a safe delivery window.

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

Contact us before placing a second order so we can confirm whether the orders can be combined safely.

DO YOU OFFER BEGINNER CORALS?

Yes. Browse Soft Corals and other listings marked Beginner, then compare light, flow, and placement notes.

DO YOU SELL THE CORAL SHOWN IN THESE PLACEHOLDER LISTINGS?

Not yet. The $0.00 logo cards are catalog placeholders. They will be replaced with exact coral photos, final names, sizes, and prices before checkout is enabled.
